A little about me
Hi, I’m Courtney! I’m a writer, third-grade teacher, lifelong reader, and runner living in Washington State with my husband, Ty, and our daughter, Liv.
When I’m not teaching or writing, I’m usually out on a run, reading a book, trying a new restaurant, heading to a sporting event with Ty, spending time with friends, or making memories with my family. Books are a big part of our house—Ty loves to read too, and Liv is growing up surrounded by more books than we have room for.
I’ve always been drawn to stories about ordinary people and the relationships that shape them. I love books that explore friendship, family, grief, love, and all the complicated things people carry beneath the surface.
Goodbye Letters is my debut novel. I’m currently writing and revising the manuscript while sharing pieces of the journey toward publication.
